Hello!

I am a Learning Specialist passionate about developing competency-building and educational solutions. I have extensive experience developing needs assessments, curricula, competency frameworks, and online, in-person, and blended learning programs.

My work focuses on a competency-centered design that facilitates learners in acquiring knowledge, skills, and attitudes effectively and appealingly. I create instructional design processes to identify knowledge and learning needs and promote their further application through tailored resources and tools. My main goal is to bridge the knowledge or skills gap any learner or team may have so that they can perform better.

Since 2016, I have worked with knowledge and learning teams in the development field, formerly at the Inter-American Development Bank, UNICEF, the Global Financing Facility, and currently, as a learning specialist for the Health Global Unit at the World Bank Group.

I recently joined the Harvard Graduate School of Education, pursuing a Master's in Education Leadership ‘25.
