Adolescent School Health and Nutrition
Global Financing Facility - World Bank Group
About
This self-paced course was designed and developed by the Global Financing Facility (GFF) to guide program planners through some of the key questions that arise in program development and investment prioritization to support adolescents in achieving their full potential.
Its main goals are to identify investments that have the greatest potential to improve adolescent health and well-being. Guide the design of effective school health and nutrition programs relevant to the local context and incentivize multi-sectoral investments to improve adolescent well-being and educational attainment.
This experience was developed as a self-paced course to be delivered through the GFF’s online learning platform.
My role
Learning Designer & Course Developer
I worked alongside adolescent and nutrition specialists in the World Bank Group and Global Financing Facility to design the online learning experience. We repurposed content briefs and guides to develop the course. This included conducting a learning needs assessment, guiding experts on online content design, and sharing best practices for online activities development.
In addition, I designed all multimedia material including content modules, storyboards, and activities for an external learning designer to implement.
