Global Financing Facility - World Bank Group
About
The GFF's Country Leadership Program for Health System Change (CLP) enables health leaders to learn from their peers and equip them with the skills and support to drive systemic change across health systems.
It convenes and offers state-of-the-art knowledge and specialized know-how in integrated governance, systems change, and evidence-informed policy, by providing a space for country leaders in the health arena to find innovative responses to specific leadership challenges.
The program is delivered in person with continued online engagements.
My role
Learning Designer
As part of the design team, I work alongside country stakeholders to identify current leadership and governance needs to best devise and tailor the program features, content modules, and practical activities.
Specifically, I conducted the needs analysis and supported the design and implementation for programs in Zambia, Guatemala, and Somalia.
Design Actionable Tools
Alongside thematic experts, I design tailored actionable tools to support country teams. One of these tools is the GFF Country Leadership Toolbox for Action, a series of activities that support leaders in analyzing and responding to complex challenges with transformational change across health systems.
With a variety of interventions and exercises, the tool is a visual guide -online and offline- with clear pointers for leadership action and competence development.
