Young Leaders Program for Health Systems Strengthening
Global Financing Facility - World Bank Group
About
The Young Leaders Program is conceived as a learning space to empower emerging policymaking young leaders within the health sector in Cambodia.
This program is devised as a transformative process where emerging leaders in health and policymaking come together to understand the complexity of the social and health landscape in the country. It explores and provides suitable frameworks and tools to address the health system’s leadership challenges, in an adaptive and transformative manner, towards long-term impact.
My role
Learning Designer
As part of the design team, I work alongside subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to design and implement the different program components including the in-person leadership workshop, leadership development tools, content modules, and deep dive sessions.
Guided Reflection & Journaling
As a program feature, I designed the leadership development component that comprises guided reflection exercises.
Through tailored and collaborative journaling exercises participants are prompted to critically reflect on a personal level about their leadership obstacles, transformative practices, and experiences as young leaders, applying the concepts and competencies shared.
